Q. I do not know what size I am.

A. The website has size charts for all items.

 

Q. Will the garments shrink?

A. Always follow the "Care of Garment" tag on the inside of the item. The majority of the styles are made from a blended fabric and are pre-shrunk, however, as with any garment it all depends on how you wash and dry it; the higher the temperature you use to wash and dry, the more likely it is to shrink.

 

Q. Which credit/debit cards are accepted?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

Q. How will I receive my order?

A. Orders ship from our Connecticut facility via UPS or USPS.

 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We accept items back that have not been washed, worn or personalized within 90 days from date of receipt. We charge 15% restocking fee on all returns.

 

Q. What is your exchange policy?

A. We accept items back that have not been washed, worn or personalized within 90 days from date of receipt for exchanges of the same product but in a different size. The price will be adjusted accordingly if applicable.

 

Q. How do I exchange or return them?

A. Call 203.699.9805, email Karen@darterspecialties.com or fill out the "Contact Us" page on the website and let us know that you want to exchange or return items. You can send the items back to Darter Specialties Inc., 500 Cornwall Ave, Cheshire CT 06410. Please send with a note with your contact info, order number and if you need an exchange for a different item or a refund for a returned item. If you are making a return you will be contacted for the credit card information in order to refund the amount for the item(s).

 

Q. Do I have to pay freight to exchange or return an item?

A. Yes, you have to pay the freight to return an item to us.
